One of the things on my wishlist is to at some point be able to use Google Apps for Your Domain to do everything I do with my "normal" Google account. It would just be great to have all of the Google Apps not be second-class citizens when it comes to single sign-on and hosted accounts.
Most things are already taken care of, but they're not quite there. The services I use that I wish were tied to my hosted account rather than my Google account:
I'll have to hold my tongue for a bit to see if XMPP Federation fixes my problems I'm having with Google Talk, but I think that one is resolvable. I still wish that XMPP could federate with AIM somehow...
